Sabs Katz (she/her) is the creator of Sustainable Sabs, a platform empowering positive climate action through slow fashion, veganism, reduced consumption, wellness, and more. Sabs is also a cofounder of Intersectional Environmentalist, an eco-media organization focused on art, education, and storytelling.

As a sustainability communications expert, she has been invited to speak and consult at wikiHow, the US Environmental Protection Agency, Global Fashion Agenda, Highsnobiety, Columbia University, Eileen Fisher, and more. As a content creator, she has partnered on 50+ social campaigns with brands like REI, The Nature Conservancy, Acer, West Elm, and Stanley.

Sabs is a contributing writer to Leah Thomas’s book, The Intersectional Environmentalist: How to Dismantle Systems of Oppression to Protect People + Planet. She currently resides in Brooklyn, NY, and spends her time consulting on social media strategy, writing, and frequenting her local farmers markets.
